You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns for items that are damaged or defective on arrival, items that are incorrect (wrong product shipped), and unused items in their original packaging where the buyer has changed their mind.
The following are generally not eligible for return: items that have been opened, used, or assembled; perishable or biological products (such as live cultures, CO2 bags after activation, or organic inputs); and items marked as final sale on the product page.
Email [support@plantperfect.com] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address. Do not ship items back without authorization.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to process after we receive and inspect the returned item.
We offer replacements for items that arrived damaged or where the wrong product was shipped. If you would prefer a replacement over a refund, let us know when you submit your return request.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for change-of-mind returns on certain product categories. This will be communicated to you before the return is approved, so there are no surprises.
Because products ship from different vendor partners, return shipping addresses may vary. Plant Perfect coordinates all returns on your behalf to ensure a smooth and consistent process regardless of which vendor fulfilled the order.
