Orders may be cancelled within 12 to 24 hours of being placed, depending on how quickly the order enters vendor processing.
Once an order has been submitted to a vendor for fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you would need to follow our returns process after delivery.

If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the order has already shipped, our return policy applies.
