Every vendor in our network is selected based on product performance, manufacturing consistency, and fulfillment reliability. We do not onboard vendors until we are confident they meet our standards.
We actively monitor vendor performance, customer feedback, and product outcomes. If a vendor or product does not meet expectations, we address it. Our catalog is a living system, not a set-and-forget list.
Our direct-from-vendor model reduces unnecessary handling, warehousing, and transit steps. Products move from source to your door with fewer touchpoints, which means fresher inventory and less waste.
